使用阴离子分析柱C I-524A分析白菜中的阴离子。取白菜的叶部和茎部，粉碎、均质、过滤后注入系统。
(流动相配制方法)
(1) 取0.415 g特级酞酸和0.278 g特级三羟甲基甲胺。
(2) 用纯水稀释，移至1 L容量瓶中。
(3) 超声溶解。
(4) 使用前经过0.2 μm膜过滤。

Eluent : 2.5 mM Phthalic acid (pH4.0 adjusted by Tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane)
Flow rate : 1.2 mL/min
